Board of Directors

The task of the board of directors of a company is to lead it and to exemplify and demonstrate leadership. It is important to inspire and motivate the management team within the company in order to realise the shared vision, strategies and goals. Leadership cannot be delegated.

According to the Swiss Code of Obligations, there are seven non-transferable tasks for the Board of Directors:

At least one member of the Board of Directors must be resident in Switzerland. Due to the responsibility and risks of a Board of Directors mandate, an annual compensation of CHF 3‘000 is justified for a passive management mandate. We will find the right person for you.
